How big is the embroidery?
Small on purpose. On the chest, most designs are 4–6 cm across, about the size of a matchbox; on the back, up to about 8 cm. Each product page shows the exact size in cm, and you can make it a little bigger or smaller.
How long does delivery to the UK take?
Each piece is made to order in 2–3 days. When it ships, we email you the tracking number so you can follow it.
How does the fit run?
Oversized, with a dropped shoulder: take your usual size for a relaxed fit, or one size down for a classic fit. If you're between two sizes, email us and we'll help.
Embroidered, DTG or DTF?
Embroidered designs are stitched in thread: raised, and the most durable. Printed ones are DTG, printed into the fabric and soft to the touch, or DTF, a thin printed film with vivid colours and fine detail. Each design comes in the technique that suits it, and the product page says which.
Can I return it?
Yes. In the UK and the EU you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind: send it back unworn (return postage is on you) and we refund the garment and the original shipping. If it arrives faulty or wrong, the 30-day guarantee applies: a new one or your money back, with no need to send it back.
How do I wash it?
Inside out, cold, no tumble dryer. Iron on the reverse, never over the embroidery.
