By placing an order, you accept these terms. If you are a consumer, nothing in them affects your statutory rights under the law of your country.

Every garment is made to order in our production workshop in India. We don't hold finished stock unless the product page says otherwise.

Embroidery and printing involve both hand and machine work, so there may be small differences in colour, size or position compared with the photo or preview (usually a few millimetres). On-screen colours vary between devices.

Measurements for each size are in the size guide on each product page.

When you upload a design you confirm it is yours or that you have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights (trade marks, characters, artworks or anyone's likeness) and is not offensive, violent, discriminatory or illegal.

You allow us to use the file solely to review, produce and deliver your order. We don't publish it or use it for anything else.

We review every design before producing it. If it can't be made well or breaks these rules, we'll contact you; if it can't be resolved, we'll cancel that garment and refund what you paid for it.

You are responsible for your design's content. If a third party complains about a design you uploaded, we may remove it and cancel the order.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and may vary by shipping country. At checkout, Stripe may display and charge the amount in your local currency.

Shipping depends on your country and is shown before you pay. In some countries it's free above a set amount (your bag shows it).

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Parcels ship from India. Depending on your country, import duties, VAT and courier handling fees may be charged on delivery; they are not included in the price unless your bag says otherwise. See ‘Shipping’ for details.

Our contract with you is formed once payment is confirmed. We'll email you an order confirmation, and Stripe will email you a payment receipt.

If you want to cancel, write to us as soon as possible: if the order hasn't gone into production yet, we'll cancel it free of charge. Orders usually go into production shortly after payment; once in production they can't be cancelled (see ‘Returns’ for your options).

We may cancel an order and refund you if a product can't be made, if there is an obvious pricing error or if we suspect fraud.

If something didn't go as expected, email us at complaints@ugenstore.com with your order number. We reply within 2 working days.

We are responsible for products that are faulty or not as described, as required by law. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or couriers, which are beyond our control, though we'll help you resolve them.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms. Each purchase is governed by the version in force when you pay. Last updated: 2026-10-13.
