Hundreds of ready-made designs, or your own image as PNG, JPG or WebP. If it has a background, we remove it.

Mix them and add frames
One design on the front, another on the back, another on the sleeve. Each with its own frame, if you like.

Frequently asked questions
Which files can I upload?
PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 25 MB and 8,000 px per side. If your image has a plain background, we remove it for you, and you can keep it if you prefer.
What resolution do I need?
For print (DTG or DTF), at least 150 dpi at the printed size, and 300 dpi is ideal: a design 25 cm wide needs about 1,500 px across, or 3,000 px for the best result. The editor warns you if it's too low. For embroidery, resolution matters less, because your image is turned into stitches.
Will you turn my photo into anime art?
No. We embroider or print your image as you upload it; we only remove a plain background. If you want an anime-style version, create it first and upload that.
Can I add designs to the back or sleeve?
Yes: front, back, chest and sleeves, depending on the garment. Each extra placement adds £3, and you see the full price before adding it to your bag.
What if my design won't embroider well?
We check every design before it goes into production. If something won't turn out well, such as tiny details or very thin lines, we'll get in touch before making anything. Embroidery suits bold shapes with few colours; for detailed artwork, choose DTG or DTF.
How long does delivery to the UK take?
Every piece is made to order: we check your design and make it in 2–3 days. When it ships, we email you the tracking number.
Can I return a piece with my design?
Pieces made with your design can't be returned if you simply change your mind, because they're made just for you. If one arrives faulty or different from what you designed, the 30-day guarantee applies: a new one or your money back.
