Ugen is a brand of Pulso Analytics Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company no. 17196464 (‘we’, ‘us’). You can contact us at contact@ugenstore.com.

The Ugen name, logo and their variations are our brand identifiers. They may not be used without our written permission, or in any way that suggests a product or service comes from us or is endorsed by us.

We own, or use under licence: the embroidery and print designs we create, our product photos and videos, the text on this website and the design of the shop. They are protected by UK copyright law and equivalent laws in other countries.

They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, published or sold without our written permission, except where the law allows it. To ask for permission, email complaints@ugenstore.com.

We claim no rights in any third-party works, characters, names or trademarks. Where a product or text mentions or alludes to someone else's work, those rights remain with their owners.

Ugen is an independent brand. We are not affiliated with the creators, studios, publishers or owners of the works that inspire us, and no mention means that they sponsor or endorse us, unless we expressly say so.

If anyone uses our designs, photos or brand without permission, we may ask them to stop and take the action the law allows.

If you believe a product or content in our shop infringes copyright, trademark or other rights you own, email complaints@ugenstore.com with:

1. The work or trademark you believe is infringed (or a list, if there are several).

2. The link to each product or page in our shop that uses it.

3. Your name, your company if applicable, postal address, email and phone number.

4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.

5. A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.

6. Your physical or electronic signature (your full name typed at the end of the email is enough).

We reply within 5 working days. While we review a complete notice, we take the products concerned off sale. If we confirm the problem, we remove them permanently and won't offer them again.

We apply UK law and, where relevant, also handle notices made under the US DMCA.

If a product was removed after a notice and you think it was a mistake, email complaints@ugenstore.com explaining why. We'll review it and get back to you.

Anyone who uploads a design through ‘Design your own’ confirms they have the right to use it (see Terms, ‘Your own designs’). If we receive a notice about one of those designs, we remove it and cancel any orders not yet made.
