Shipping

Every garment is made to order in 2–3 working days; personalised garments are also reviewed by us first. When it ships, we email you its tracking number.

Customs may hold a parcel for a few days; it's out of our hands, but we'll help you sort it out.

Shipping depends on your country and you'll see it in your bag before paying. In most countries it's a flat rate per order, not per item, and it's free above a set amount. In the UK it's £1.95 per order, and free on orders over £60. Elsewhere it's worked out from the courier's actual rate and the number of garments.

If your order is sent in more than one parcel (sometimes that's cheaper and faster), we'll let you know in your order confirmation. Each parcel has its own tracking number.

Import taxes are not prepaid. Depending on your country, the courier may charge you on delivery:

United Kingdom: 20% VAT (no duty is payable on garments made in India under the current trade agreement) and a courier handling fee.

European Union: your country's VAT, a flat-rate customs duty per parcel and a courier handling fee.

United States: the import duties in force for garments from India and a courier handling fee.

If you refuse a parcel because of import charges, the outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back because of a wrong or incomplete address, you'll need to cover the cost of sending it again.

If tracking shows your parcel has been lost, or it arrives damaged, contact us with your order number (and photos if it's damaged) and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
