Frequently asked questions
Is it printed or embroidered?
Almost all our retro gaming designs are embroidered: stitched in thread, small and raised, so they won't crack or fade in the wash. The few printed ones say so on the product page.
How big is the embroidery?
Small on purpose. On the chest, most designs are 4–6 cm across, about the size of a matchbox; on the back, up to about 8 cm. Each product page shows the exact size in cm, and you can make it a little bigger or smaller.
Can I get it on a cap?
Many designs do. Tap ‘Caps’ above the designs to see them, or pick the garment on each product page: T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, caps and crop tops.
How long does delivery to the UK take?
Each piece is made to order in 2–3 days. When it ships, we email you the tracking number so you can follow it.
How does the fit run?
Oversized, with a dropped shoulder: take your usual size for a relaxed fit, or one size down for a classic fit. If you're between two sizes, email us and we'll help.
Can I return it?
Yes. In the UK and the EU you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind: send it back unworn (return postage is on you) and we refund the garment and the original shipping. If it arrives faulty or wrong, the 30-day guarantee applies: a new one or your money back, with no need to send it back.
